MCMC Scholarships Available

Monroe County Medical Center will offer graduating high school seniors pursuing higher education two scholarships (as described below), providing the recipients remain a full-time student and maintain a C average.


Applicants for the first scholarship, $6,000 ($1,500 per year for four years), must be a resident of Monroe County who will graduate in May or who has completed their GED and will be pursuing a career in the medical field.


Applicants for the second scholarship, $4000 ($1,000 per year for four years), must be the child of an MCMC employee who will graduate in May/June or who has completed their GED and will be pursuing a career in the medical field (residence in Monroe County is not required).


Further information about the scholarships and requirements may be found in the scholarship application.  The application can be obtained below, from MCMC Administration or from the Guidance Office at the Monroe County High School.  Completed applications along with transcript (including ACT scores) must be returned to the Administration office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 24, 2017.

"Custom Calibrated" Sole Supports™ Available through Rehabilitation Services

Monroe County Medical Center is pleased to offer a new service. These Sole Supports™ are the only orthotics that are "custom calibrated" to flex for your body weight. Flexible enough for comfort, yet enough control to actually change foot function.

You may now submit an application to the hospital from our website by clicking here and filling out the form. You can download an application form by clicking here. All applications whether on-line or by mail will remain active for a period of 6 months after the date of application.
