  • 5 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing preferred.
  • Valid and Active Kentucky Registered Nurse License or ability to obtain.
  • Dedication to leading a culture based on customer service, quality, and accountability.
  • Ability to proactively identify problems, lead change, and overcome obstacles.
  • Ability to maintain energy and enthusiasm in dealing with challenges in the patient care setting.
